He is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and oversees Student & Auxiliary Services, Campus Dining Services, Residential Life and Recreational Services. Dr. Zeilenga received his doctorate in Educational Administration and Higher Education from the University of Arizona. |

| Sherry Pollard, Director of Retail Operations. Ms Pollard has been at the University of Missouri since 1991. As director, she oversees retail functions on the MU, MS&T, UMKC, UMSL and Stephens College campuses. Ms Pollard received her degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally she served on the Independent College Bookstore Association (ICBA) Board of Directors from 2005-2009 and as Chair from 2007-2009. |

He previously served SAS as the Business Manager. Heath holds bachelors' degrees in accounting and management information sciences from the University of Arizona. |

| Tim Koske, Associate Director of Business & Fiscal Operations. An SAS team member since 2002, Mr. Koske first served as Business Manager for University BookStores. He earned both his BS in Accounting and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri. Koske is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. |
