Wages, Hours: $7.25 per hour, 25 hours per week
Duties Include:
- DUTIES INCLUDE

Prepare course packets assigned according to established procedures

Meet with faculty members regarding the development of custom publishing packets

Ensure professionalism when communicating with all customers

Maintain knowledge of copyright laws in order to answer faculty and staff questions

Complete copyright permission process via requesting approvals and following through on all appropriate paperwork

Always ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization to minimize errors and expedite orders

Assist with inventory, stocking, and pricing to ensure product is ready and available for sale

Minimum Requirements:
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have Graphic Design background/skills/major. (Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator experience) Great communication skills. Any applicants considered MUST be available about 20 hours per week until December and then hours will increase to 25 30 per week. Must be able to work over winter break evenings and weekends. Must have critical thinking skills, self-motivated, detail orientated and the ability to mulit-task is necessary.
